Excellent Physical Therapy is a privately owned full service orthopedic physical therapy practice located in Bedminster, NJ. Excellent Physical Therapy is a practice dedicated to the philosophy that "each patient is an individual with their own set of needs and concerns". Our 'one to one' patient to therapist program allows us to provide the best "hands on" treatment available. Excellent Physical Therapy is owned by Louis F. DiGiovine PT and combined with a staff of dedicated physical therapists they have decades of experience in treating all types of patients with orthopedic conditions. We provide a full array of rehabilitation services and treatments to all ages in comfortable and pleasing state the art specialty facilities. Payment: As a courtesy to our patients EPT will bill most major insurance companies on your behalf. Many insurance companies have pre-established preferred provider networks. EPT does not belong to most provider networks, however, most plans still offer out-of-network benefits that are subject to deductibles and co-payments. We do accept out of network benefits on most plans. We will call your insurance company directly to determine coverage and any procedures that need to be followed. As a courtesy to our out-of-network patients, Excellent Physical Therapy will make every attempt to make mutually agreeable billing and payment arrangements that will facilitate a complete and successful treatment program. EPT also accepts payment from Medicare, NJ No Fault Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation, as well as direct patient payment.
