Since Dr. Soulier's hometown is Midvale, it is only natural that he would want to serve the needs of people he knows best. He first shared space with the late E.G.Wright, MD starting in 1978 on the corner of Center St. and Main St. in downtown Midvale. When Dr. Wright retired about 5 years later, Dr. Soulier moved to 7321 South State Street and shared space with an orthodontist, thus fulfilling his life-long dream of being in a "foot and mouth clinic". He has made one additional move - this time to another suite in the same office complex - and continues to serve patients on alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays; one day a week. His wife, Barbara, is also his receptionist at this office and has been so for 26 years. Dr. Soulier suspects that many patients really come just to enjoy some good conversation with Barbara. She has even become certified as a shoe fitter so she can help patients who need the special line of extra-depth shoes made by Dr. Comfort, a line of shoes he now carries to supplement the medical and surgical services he provides.
